Ingredients

*Dried vermicelli 1/2 cup
* Rabbi 1 cup
*Dried Falooda vermicelli 1/2 cup
*Rose syrup as needed
* Vanilla ice cream 1 bag
* Chopped walnuts 4 tbsp
*Sabza

Method

  1. Heat 1 cup of water in a non-stick pan, when the water begins to boil, add the falooda and cook.
  2. Soak Sabza in water until it swells. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator. Drain the falooda and put it in a bowl, add ice cubes and water.
  3. Fill 1/3 of each glass with rabdi, add crushed ice and 3 teaspoons of rose syrup, a little drained sabza, a few scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Drain the falooda and part of it in each glass. Sprinkle them with walnuts, sprinkle with a little rabdi and a little rose syrup. Put a little more sabza on each glass and serve immediately.
